How it works

Muster is not a job board and not an automated hiring decision. It structures information on both sides of a hire and makes the reasoning visible. Here is the full workflow for each side.

For employers

  1. 1Create a company account and start defining a vacancy.
  2. 2Complete structured requirements: responsibilities, skills, compensation range, location/work mode, seniority and availability.
  3. 3Post the role. Posting is always free.
  4. 4Receive a delivered shortlist of matched candidates, with fit reasons, evidence and gaps shown. Contact details stay withheld.
  5. 5Pay GHS 800 to unlock the shortlist's contact details, or request an additional shortlist for the same role.
  6. 6Shortlist, assess, interview and progress unlocked candidates in one pipeline.
  7. 7Record the offer and hire outcome.

For candidates

  1. 1Create an account and upload your CV.
  2. 2Review and correct the structured profile Muster proposes from it.
  3. 3Set your intent (actively looking, open, or paused) and preferences.
  4. 4Receive explained matches, with reasons and gaps against each role.
  5. 5Apply manually, or opt into controlled Smart Apply.
  6. 6Complete any required assessments or interviews.
  7. 7Track each application's stage and see outcomes clearly, including when there's no new update.

What automation does / what people decide

Automation

  • Parses and structures CVs and role requirements
  • Filters against hard requirements and scores relevant fit
  • Explains reasons and gaps for every match
  • Auto-scores objective assessment questions

People

  • Confirm their own profile facts before they count
  • Decide whether to unlock, apply, or pass
  • Review free-text assessment answers
  • Make every interview, offer and hire decision

Muster does not guarantee a hire or a job. It structures information and makes fit visible; the outcome of any specific role depends on the employer, the candidate, and the market.
