About Muster
A high-signal hiring marketplace for Accra and Tema, focused on entry-to-mid-level Sales and Marketing roles.
Why Muster exists
Hiring has become noisier without becoming more effective. Posting a role produces more applications than any team can meaningfully screen, while candidates apply widely and hear little back. Screening and follow-up remain fragmented, spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and ad-hoc calls, on both sides of the hire.
What we’re building
A high-signal, self-service hiring marketplace: a place where a structured role and a structured candidate profile can be compared on the things that actually predict fit, with the reasoning made visible to both sides.
How it works, in principle
- Structured information instead of free-text guesswork.
- Explainable fit: reasons and gaps, not a bare score.
- Candidate intent captured directly, not inferred.
- Evidence from assessments, reviewed by a person before it counts.
- Visible progress at every stage, for both employer and candidate.
Responsible automation
Software in Muster parses CVs, structures information and explains fit. It does not decide who gets hired. Every hiring decision is made by a person: the employer reviewing a shortlist, not an algorithm making a silent call.
Launch focus
Muster launches in Accra and Tema, focused on entry-to-mid-level Sales and Marketing hiring. We intend to expand role-by-role and country-by-country only after marketplace quality earns it, not on a fixed timeline.
Principles
- Signal over volume.
- Clarity over cleverness.
- Proof over hype.
- Fairness and transparency, even when it’s slower.
What we will not do
- Let candidates pay to rank higher.
- Allow mass-apply spam that degrades employer trust.
- Let an algorithm reject a candidate with no human review.
- Show a status that pretends progress that hasn’t happened.
- Resell candidate data.
