A hiring marketplace for entry-to-mid-level Sales and Marketing roles in Accra and Tema. Employers post structured roles and receive matched, evidence-backed shortlists; candidates build one profile and get explained matches.
No. Software structures information, filters against requirements and explains fit. Every interview, offer and hire decision is made by a person.
Posting a role is free. Employers pay GHS 800 to unlock a delivered shortlist's contact details, and can optionally add a GHS 1,500/month retainer for unlimited unlocks. See the Pricing page for full detail.
No. The unlock fee is the only charge tied to accessing candidates. There's no separate success fee once contact details are unlocked.
Yes. Profile, matching, applications and stage tracking are free with full functionality. An optional one-time assessment credential, priced in your account once you're signed in, is the only paid option, and it never affects matching.
An optional, off-by-default feature that applies on your behalf within limits you set: role families, locations, salary floor and a weekly cap. You can pause it or withdraw an automatic application at any time.
It only applies when its structured hard preferences can be validated. It never applies to ambiguous salary or location fits. Employer-defined screening questions are not available in this MVP, so they cannot be used to trigger an automatic application.
Matches start with hard eligibility checks (location, employment type, mandatory skills), then a structured score across skills, relevant experience, location fit, salary fit and availability. Every match shows its reasons and gaps, never a bare score.
No. Age, gender, photo, marital status, religion, ethnicity, disability and similar characteristics are never used as matching signals.
No. Muster does not use video proctoring, webcam prompts, or emotion/voice analysis. Timing and focus-loss signals may be shown to the employer as review flags, never as automatic rejection.
It's only shown once an employer has passed Muster's verification checks, never assumed from a matching email domain alone.
It means the employer hasn't taken a new action yet. It's shown explicitly rather than leaving the application looking abandoned.
Nothing is unlocked and no assessment credential is granted until payment is confirmed. Job posting itself is free. If a payment fails, you can retry; a failed attempt never silently succeeds.
