For candidates

Stop applying everywhere. Get matched where you actually fit, and know what happens next.

One profile, built once

Upload your CV and Muster proposes a structured profile: headline, experience, skills, education. You review and correct it before anything counts as confirmed; the parse is a draft, not the record of truth.

Preferences and intent

Set your desired locations, work mode, salary floor and availability, and tell us whether you’re actively looking, open to the right thing, or paused. This is what keeps matches relevant instead of generic.

Explained matches

Every match shows why it may fit, and what’s missing, not just a score. You decide whether a partial match is worth your time.

Apply your way

Apply manually to roles you choose, or opt into controlled Smart Apply. It’s off by default, only applies within limits you set, and never to a role missing information it needs to check.

Assessments as evidence

An assessment is a chance to show job-relevant evidence beyond what a CV claims. That’s useful when your experience doesn’t fit neatly into a title.

Know where you stand

Every application shows its current stage and full history, including an explicit “No new update” state when an employer hasn’t acted yet. No silent disappearance.

Free, with one optional purchase

The core marketplace (profile, matching, applications, tracking) is free. After completing an assessment, you can optionally pay a small one-time fee, shown in your account once you’re signed in, to verify and keep the result as a portable credential. It never affects your ranking.

Fairness

No candidate can pay to rank above a better-qualified person. Match quality is based on fit against a role’s requirements, nothing else.

Your data, your control

Edit your profile or replace your CV at any time. Turn Smart Apply on or off. Manage marketing consent separately from account notifications. Request an export or deletion of your data whenever you choose.
